The Charles P. Leach Agency is proud to continue a legacy of integrity, reliability, and unparalleled customer service.

The Charles P. Leach Agency, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation, was created in 1967 as an outgrowth of Charles P. Leach Insurance Agency, a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Charles P. Leach, Sr.

Charles Leach, Sr. - or "Charlie", as he was affectionately called by all his friends and acquaintances - began the agency in 1932 when he acquired his life license. He expanded the operation to include a full line of insurance products including commercial lines, group insurance, pension, estate planning, etc. He built his reputation on honesty, fairness, and above all, being there when his clients needed him. His service went far beyond simply selling insurance to his clients - he was always available to help them in matters associated with their business and personal lives even though they were unrelated to insurance needs.

"Charlie" was also very active in community and civic affairs, both locally and at the state level. The Agency continues to encourage employee involvement in community affairs.

In 1966 Charles P. Leach Jr. , or Chuck, as he prefers to be called, joined the Agency and started a completely new career for himself. After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Chuck worked for General Motors before joining the Agency. Chuck and Charlie together formed the Charles P. Leach Agency, Inc. and Chuck is the Agency's president today.

Charlie Leach said "The key to a successful insurance agency is stability and you build stability with loyal, capable employees who stay with you for many years and are devoted to customer service." The Leach Agency history reflects this emphasis. The Agency has several employees who have worked in the agency for more than 25 years and several more who have worked there for more than 15 years. This experience gives the Leach Agency added value not found in many agencies today.

In 1988 Lisa Leach Goth joined the agency to continue the long family tradition of service in the insurance industry. Lisa graduated from Clarion University of PA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information and Application Science. She spent two years working for an insurance company as a Marketing and Sales Representative, managing 40 agencies across Pennsylvania and Ohio.

The Agency's motto is ""For all your insurance and financial needs", and according to Chuck, the Agency has "truly become a one-stop shopping center for all your insurance and financial planning needs."
